In 1964 Our founder William Verhines built our furniture restoration studio. since then ,we have restored, refinished and repaired thousands of pieces of furniture . Gramco furniture restoration, has become known as the “home of Furniture Restoration in southeast Michigan”. We believe that Restoration is a high calling, and all we do , in every area of our lives should serve that purpose.

It’s Our business to make the whole process, from first contact through final set up in your home so delightfully easy and rewarding that you will want to tell everyone you know all about it.

1. We will come to your home, office or job site bearing gifts. It’s our way of saying thanks for inviting us in.
2. We will evaluate your project to determine the proper course of action, sometimes , such as with antiques the evaluation may be the most important part of the entire process because “Real restoration professionals carefully evaluate their projects before they begin . Action taken in haste, cannot be undone. One must possess the knowledge and skills to plan and execute well, learning and improvement of skills is a life long endeavor.”
3. We will establish project details and time line. It is important that we spend time in conversation so you can fully communicate your expectation and ideas. Your Gramco representative will take time to fully explain the details of the project execution.
4. We will determine Price and scheduling. Once we have demonstrated what services we will be providing we will commit to a price and a schedule.
5. We will provide you with a written detailed report. All the details will be in written form before you are asked to authorize the work you have requested
6. We will take Worn out looking furniture from your location to our studio.
7. We will perform all the services we have promised , as we promised.
8. We will return your items to your location when we agreed.
